How do you ensure the bulk order matches the approved sample?
We extrude and finish to the same die and spec, then inspect the bulk against your approved sample before shipping.
Do you support golden samples and first-article approval?
Yes. I recommend we lock a golden sample — a signed reference sample you approve — before mass production. I also provide a first-article inspection: the first production pieces are measured and compared to the golden sample and the drawing, and I send you the report before we run the full batch. This two-step approval catches any drift early, when it is cheap to correct.
Can you accommodate third-party inspection such as SGS / BV / TÜV?
Yes — we support third-party inspection and regularly work with SGS. If you appoint your own inspector, I will arrange access and provide samples, records, and a place for the inspection at our factory. I see independent inspection as protection for both of us, so I am glad to facilitate it and to fix anything it finds before shipment.
