  The core advantage of CE-compliant aluminum profiles lies in meeting the EU’s unified requirements for safety, quality and performance, holding the compliance qualification for direct access to the EU market, and meanwhile being far superior to non-compliant products in terms of quality stability and scenario adaptability.

  In accordance with EN 755-8, ICP spectroscopy is used to test the composition of aluminum ingots (e.g., for 6063 aluminum, silicon content ranges from 0.2% to 0.6% and magnesium content ranges from 0.45% to 0.9%).

  In compliance with EN 755-2/EN 15088, 6063-T5 aluminum profiles shall have a tensile strength of not less than 160MPa, a yield strength of not less than 110MPa and an elongation of not less than 8%.

  Unqualified raw materials are strictly prohibited from entering the production process.
